Continuous cavity walls (any height) in mid and high-rise buildings
- Cavities in low/high-rise mixed-use (commercial/residential) buildings
- Cavities above damp proofed basements where a barrier is needed between damp proof coursing and the insulation material
Carbon Cut has successfully completed the BBA factory inspections and testing program of the Retrofit cavity wall tray, through grant funding from the Department of Energy and Climate Change, to install this new technology. We are engaging with insulation installers, manufacturers, energy companies, and other key stakeholders to explore interest in participating in Carbon Cut’s next installation project.
Now in the final part of BBA accreditation we have to train a contractor installer team and that team (not us) have to go through the tray install process, observed by the BBA
We are interested to discuss potential installation opportunities with you. We are looking for buildings with continuous cavities, that are at least three storeys high and/or have cellars, residential and commercial use, and/or located in areas of low through to high rainfall.
